Coffee
We know
that a cup of coffee helps to wake us up in the morning. Several studies show
that drinking coffee helps to prevent some illnesses like diabetes and Parkinson’s
disease. Although coffee is good, we need to consume it carefully. Some other
studies also show that you can safely drink three cups of espresso, a kind of
coffee, during the day. However, if you drink too much of it, you may feel
anxious, or it may keep you awake all night.
Sunlight
Sunlight
is also important for us because it helps us produce vitamin D. This vitamin is
important for keeping our bones strong. It also makes our immune systems
healthy. In addition, with enough exposure to sunlight, people feel happier. It
is suggested that people should spend 15 minutes in the sun in the morning
without sunscreen. However, people don’t get enough sunlight nowadays because
they wear sunscreen all the time, especially on their faces. Although, the light
is good for you, spending too long time under the sun can harm your skin. For
example, it can cause skin cancer, so don’t spend too much time in the sun.
