This email is to inform you that your office will be moved to the main building starting next month. To assist you with the move, the administration manager will send you a floor plan of the new office. The plan will show where your new desks will be. You have to pack your belongings and move them to the new office by the 30th.
Please contact the administration office on the ground floor if you have any questions.
Your new office will have all the necessary office furniture and equipment except a photocopier. If you want to photocopy documents, there is one photocopier in the administration office, which is accessible to everyone. To enter the building, you will have to use your staff ID card. The front door is open from 7 A.M. to 8 P.M. For security reasons, please keep your ID card with you at all times and do not loan it out.
