Dear Jane,
David and I are going to go to the Water Festival in Phnom Penh, Cambodia tomorrow. We will leave at 3 pm. Can you join us?
Do you know about this festival? It’s a lot of fun. In November people have this festival for three days, and they go and see boat racing during the days. At night they see concerts, fireworks, and Bandaet Pratip (boats with colorful lights float on the water). Tomorrow is the first day of the festival.
We are not going to stay at the festival the whole time. We want to try some food at some of the great restaurants at a popular mall nearby called Aeon Mall. So, do you want to come with us?
